Our process is as follows:

 If we feel there is a space on the agency for you, we will ask you to submit a self tape. This will consist of  a speech/poem of no more that 2 minutes and an unaccompanied song (verse and chorus) if you wish to be considered for Musical Theatre.

If you are successful in the first round we will ask to meet you face to face. 

​

If we invite you to join us, you will require professional headshots and also sign up to Spotlight. Our photographer of choice is Robin Savage:
